Crime Prevention through Education
Traditionally, when someone wanted to start a Neighborhood Watch they would collaborate with neighbors from one or more streets to start a group in their community. Over the years, this model has resulted in numerous Neighborhood Watch Groups throughout the City of Syracuse. Over the past couple of years, we've received several inquiries from residents who want to be involved in Neighborhood Watch but don't have time to form a traditional group. As a way to help them address concerns in their neighborhoods while giving them the opportunity to become involved in Neighborhood Watch we are excited to announce, "Tiered Membership".
